Only Us, A Review

Only Us, is an ebook exclusive and a Fool's Gold Holiday Novella. And oh so sweet! Love is in the air in Fool's Gold!

It is Christmas time in Fool's Gold and love is in the air. The Hendrix triplets are getting married and the hole town is buzzing about it. Rina Fiore is happy for the girls, but she can not help the ache in her heart that wants a man of her own. Not just any man. Her boss, town veterinarian Cameron McKenzie. Rina is the pet groomer in his practice and she takes care of his daughter.

Rina knew from the moment she saw Cameron with his daughter that she was in love with him. She knows everything about them. She makes them breakfast and helps Kaitlyn, his beautiful daughter, with her homework and costumes for plays. They are already a family. Rina just has to convince Cameron of that.

This Christmas Rina knows what she wants and she is not going to wait for Cameron to come around. She knows that he was hurt badly by his ex wife and she needs him to know that she would never hurt him like that. The time has come for Rina to take that leap that she knows is needed. She only hopes that she doesn't mess up the great thing that she has going with Cameron and Kaitlyn.

This novella takes place before Dakota, Nevada and Montana get married but after all of their books. It is a wonderful story about taking risks and trusting people when it is the hardest thing to do. Cameron and Kaitlyn are a team that is so sweet to watch. Rina is a wonderful character who feels so real that you swear you have a friend just like her.

I was sad when I saw that the good looking veterinarian only got a novella, but I promise you that this story is not lacking anything! Susan Mallery has done it again with, Only Us. It is a sweet short story about two people who already love each other, they just need a little push to take that next leap with a little Christmas magic. Fool's Gold would not be complete without this wonderful story in it! A Must Read Indeed!

Happy Reading!

    1. It is so sweet! You know how I feel about single parents, and dads especially. :)

You are so overdue on her! This is when it would be nice if we lived in the same area so we could share books!
